We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer(Full-stack LAMP developer), with a working
experience of 5+ years, for managing our wellness product, evaluate and suggest suitable
Technical architectures and provide hands on support to team; ability to collaborate with
concerned internal stakeholders such as software development / client management /
operations / communications teams & external stakeholders such as our partners with whom
we do the integrations of their services onto our platform. Define development process that
minimize defect density and promote on time delivery of project modules. Benchmark new
technologies; work on continuous up-gradation of technical artifacts.
Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and
maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to
requests from the front-end. You can also be responsible for creating the WordPress plugins,
services, themes and the integration of the same into our product into a unified way.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core and knowledge of building your own themes,
plugins, customizing the core, and external integrations.
• Excellent working knowledge of MySQL database
• Strong experience of configuration, version and revision, SVN/CVS / GIT, Devops,

Our flagship offering, Wellbeing on the Web (WoW) offers wellbeing solutions to employees and their families on a digital platform.
This role will include managing wellbeing services across 4 pillars (physical, emotional, financial and social wellbeing) for organisations that have onboarded with us.
Someone who thrives in a service environment, can respond independently, can manage partners inside the company and stakeholders within client organisations, would be best suited for this role.
The role will require the individual to work closely with the internal stakeholders such as Communication & Design, Operations, Tech, Sales and Marketing and Finance teams while also working with client and partners to deliver on customer requirements for the product offerings of the company. Paranoid attention to detail, documentation, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the client are basic requirements for this role.
