Role Overview:

The Fuller Life (TFL) is looking for a full-time, in-house junior PHP developer. This role is ideal for a developer who wants to work on a wide range of products, who likes technical challenges, and wants to develop skills in other aspects also. This is a position for someone who wants to work hard and be part of a small team so the developer will need to be technically experienced, self-sufficient, and self-motivated. You will be building products, web-based applications using either core PHP or with Laravel. The ideal candidate would be familiar with Laravel. However if you haven’t used it, you will not be automatically disqualified (you can always learn and implement new things here). Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, WordPress and PHP is expected at this level. A leaning towards back-end development is the best fit for the role but we don’t pigeon hole people.

Skills / Knowledge – Our Requirements:

  • WordPress – Can set up and maintain a WordPress installation.
  • Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS/LESS/SASS
  • Experience with back-end development using PHP
  • Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
  • MySQL or RDBMS or AWS back-end and understanding of relational database schemas, indexes and other query optimization techniques.
  • Knows about frontend frameworks, such as Bootstrap, Foundation or Laravel (we use Bootstrap but are transitioning to Laravel). Knows how to use precompilers like SASS/Less, or taskrunners like Grunt.
  • Familiarity with at least one JS Framework like AngularJS, React or others is ideal.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the Git version control system.
  • (Preferred) Experience on Laravel/CakePHP/CodeIgniter

Role overview:

The Fuller Life is looking for an individual who will be part of the team that can organize and deliver online & offline activities to our corporate clients, is able to do deployments and manages the complete end-to-end execution, from sourcing partners, negotiation on costs, and set-up for the session to ensure a smooth execution. The role will include being the key liaison between the Client management (CM) team, and other third party partners leading up to the deployment, ensuring that both client and deployment requirements are met. Should be tech savvy. The person will report to the Manager– Operations.

Following are the primary deliverables:
Operations Management:

• Understand requirements of the client and work to the plan agreed upon
• Should be Tech savvy, all our deployments are hosted through different online platforms, must have basic knowledge about it (Excel, PPT, Zoom, Cisco Webex, etc.)
• Provide inputs to define requirements with the best options available
• Provide inputs & preparing for online sessions, reach out to companies/SME who provide different services in the Health & Wellness space.
• Getting company/SME profiles, conduct dry runs, evaluate, finalize the date, time & cost,
• Update the CM team on different sessions and on platforms it can be conducted.
• Be responsible for the schedule that has been put together for the month
• Should be able to manage crises; come up with solutions on the ground to mitigate crises
• Research on what is new & innovative in the market, it could be either products or services and suggest them to customers

Partner Management:

• Provide guidance and review work for and from external partners
• Provide inputs on the knowledge & experience of the partners
• Ensure documentation & agreements of the partners is up-to-date
• Review documentation on invoices & maintaining a tracker for the same

Customer Management:

• Provide timely updates on specific projects in a proactive manner
• Escalate issues & problems in the deployment to the customer in a timely manner

Inter team working:

• Liaise with internal teams and Partner teams for all the sessions
• Set, follow and review processes from time to time; ensure process adherence
• Strive towards continuous process improvements

Reports and Analysis:

• Ensure data filled in trackers is accurate and timely
• Prepare internal reports on operations efforts

Others:

• Build knowledge on industry trends and competition
• Provide inputs on improvements in functioning of the team

• BA in any discipline/BCom/BBM

Delivering on client requirements:

• Executing year-long engagement plans and short-term projects for the client, end to end

The role will require the individual to work with the internal stakeholders such as Client Management, Technology & Marketing while also working with client teams and partners to deliver content requirements for the employee engagement business, Runners for Life business, the product offerings of the company and the sales vertical. The content requirement could be newsletters for corporate clients about their initiatives, health & wellness and other relevant initiatives. Content can also be for mailers announcing various initiatives, competitions and events. Content will also entail website content creation and blogs. Strong proofreading and editing skills are a must as all communication deliverables must be quality checked. Copy for ads and social media content for our own sports properties, our health and wellness conferences, etc. can also come up. The job also involves microsites for customers/ creating event collateral/ programme management collateral for the entire year’s work for clients.

• Creating content within agreed upon SLA timelines
• Adhering strictly to the prescribed guidelines
• Ensuring content is not copy written from other sites.
