World Economic Forum/Harvard School of Public Health study indicated that the cumulative global impact of mental disorders in terms of lost economic output will amount to $16.3 trillion between 2011 and 2030. In India, mental illness is estimated to cost $1.03 trillion (22% of economic output) between 2012 and 2030.

But there’s good news, evidence shows that treating anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions is an affordable and effective way to promote well-being and increase productivity. Companies world over have now begun to address this problem and you should too.
